Corporate Attorney – Partner or Counsel (Remote, Boutique Firm)

Latitude is seeking an experienced corporate attorney with 8+ years of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general transactional experience to join a growing Los Angeles-based boutique firm as Partner or Counsel.  The successful candidate must have extensive experience leading complex M&A transactions.  This is a great opportunity to join a sophisticated boutique firm and work on Big Law caliber deals with reduced billable hour requirements and the flexibility to work remotely, if desired.  Prior experience working in the corporate practice group of a large firm, or a sophisticated boutique, is highly preferred.

  • 8+ years of M&A, corporate governance, and general transactional experience

Position Details of the Corporate Attorney (Remote, Sophisticated Boutique Firm):
  • Type of role: Permanent 
  • Schedule: Full-time (~1,800 hours per year)
  • Location: The firm is located in Los Angeles, CA, but candidates may work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Compensation

The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $250,000 or more.  Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to,work experience, qualifications, credentials and location.  In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also provided.

We place legal professionals in permanent, temporary, and flexible roles.
