Back to opportunities
Are you a proven IT leader who is interested in serving as the first full-time head of technology of a globally-ranked, high-end flexible legal talent company that is in the midst of hyper-growth? Do you have the staffing-specific technical expertise, business judgment, and management skills to hit the ground running and rapidly assess, recommend, implement, and manage the IT and vendors necessary to ensure that a national flexible talent company is on the cutting edge of tech-enabled efficiency and candidate & client experience? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is lean, lacks bureaucracy, and where the company’s leaders are often personally involved in getting things done (not just delegating everything to others)? Are you able to think strategically and prioritize based on ROI? Are you collegial, friendly, courteous, helpful, and highly responsive? If so, this IT leadership position may be for you.

This position may be ideal for someone who has already successfully led IT for a highly tech-enabled staffing company but who would love to be involved in the fast-paced excitement of building another powerhouse. This also could be an amazing opportunity for an exceptional IT professional who has not yet been a CTO or head of technology but has the expertise and proven experience in a larger highly-tech-enabled staffing company and is ready to become head of IT for a company and help further grow it into an industry model.

Latitude is a flexible legal talent company that has grown from one office in Nashville in 2019 to a national company with ten regional offices coast-to-coast that is recognized as the #1 legal recruiter in the United States by the readers of the National Law Journal. The company continues to rapidly scale and is seeking a head of IT to digitally transform the company in a way that even further leverages and supercharges the in-depth assessment of candidates by recruiters who are all highly experienced former practicing attorneys and who use their niche legal expertise and exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) to vet and place candidates in contract and permanent roles in which they can best thrive.
