Latitude is currently seeking a Marketing/Business Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, Georgia.

What You'll Do:

  • Business Development Management: Assist principals of the company with business development strategy, program management, research and facilitating their systematic outreach and follow-up to potential clients and referral sources (no personal cold-calling required - this is not a direct sales position).
  • Plan and Coordinate Events: Plan and organize client-facing events that showcase the company's expertise.
  • Assist with Marketing Strategies and Implementation: Collaborate with company principals and corporate marketing team to conceive, coordinate and implement local marketing efforts. 
  • Social Media and Other Digital Sales & Marketing: Plan and maintain various efforts of principals / local offices in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Analyze Performance Metrics: Regularly review and analyze performance metrics to ensure strategies are effective and aligned with the firm's objectives.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Experience in Marketing and Business Development: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment or similar training / education.
  • Strong Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including attorneys, staff, and clients.
  • People Skills: You love people - communicating with them, helping them be successful, working as part of a team. You're successful at "managing up."
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Technology Skills: You have experience and aptitude with marketing and sales tech.
  • Creative Thinker: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.

About the Position:

  • Type of Role: Permanent, Corporate Role
  • Schedule: Full-Time preferred, part-time considered
  • Location: Atlanta, Georgia (remote with occasional in-person meetings and mostly-local events)

Compensation

Compensation is comprised of a base salary of $40,000 to $50,000 plus bonus; full benefits (e.g., group medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, life, AD&D, 401k, etc.).

We place legal professionals in permanent, temporary, and flexible roles.
