Latitude is seeking a litigation paralegal with 5+ years of experience for a full-time position with a highly regarded litigation boutique firm in Miami. Successful candidates must have strong knowledge of court rules, calendaring, and e-filing procedures in Florida state and federal courts. Candidates must have experience drafting simple motions, subpoenas, discovery, and proposed orders, and must possess the demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements of the Litigation Paralegal – Boutique Firm

5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm
Knowledge of court rules, calendaring, and e-filing procedures
Excellent organization and communication skills
Strong research and writing skills
Outstanding references
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
