These positions can be remote, on-site, or hybrid remote. Requires prior hands-on experience assisting with case work up, including assisting attorneys with discovery, pleadings, fact investigation, filing/e-filing, and all aspects of case development.

Requirements for the Litigation Paralegal:

5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
Able to assist with a variety of litigation needs, including discovery, pleadings, fact investigation, etc. in a fast-paced environment
Able to work well as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate
Highly professional, detail-oriented, organized and eager to assist
Outstanding references

We place legal professionals in permanent, temporary, and flexible roles. Latitude Engaged Professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and, if located in the United States, are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours or more per week, including complimentary Group Life, Long term disability, AD&D, and a qualified 401k plan (subject to a qualifying period). A CLE and Professional Expense stipend is also available to benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys. Latitude provides complementary professional liability insurance coverage to all Latitude Engaged Professionals for their Latitude engagements.
