Latitude is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant or Junior Corporate Paralegal for a permanent role with the small North America legal department of a global company. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and be able to work independently, efficiently and independently. Experience with basic on-line filings, document preparation and organization of digital documents is required. Some experience with legal documents and filings is preferred.

Compensation:
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. Full benefits are also provided.Confidentiality
