Requirements for the Employee Benefits/ERISA Attorney:
5+ years Employee Benefits/ERISA experience
Experience with qualified retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, and health and welfare plans
Experience in one or more of the following areas: tax, tax exemption, executive compensation, general business/corporate transactions, labor and employment and/or healthcare
Experience with healthcare industry clients preferred
Strong interest in client and long-term career development
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
Outstanding references

Location: Remote or Hybrid considered, must be located in one of the firm’s office locations: Detroit, Denver, Indianapolis, Minneapolis
Compensation The annualized compensation ranges from $220,000 to $350,000 or more. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
