We are seeking litigation attorneys (corporate, insurance, commercial, product liability, professional liability, medical malpractice and more) for engagement and permanent positions with AmLaw and boutique firms. These positions, depending upon the firm, can be remote, hybrid or in-office.

Responsibilities of the Litigation Attorney:
  • Efficiently and competently research complicated legal issues
  • Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, etc.
  • Handle all aspects of discovery, including taking depositions
  • Participate in court proceedings, including discovery court, hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations
  • Communicate clearly both orally and in writing

Requirements for the Litigation Attorney:
  • At least 3 years of litigation experience at a large firm or a sophisticated boutique
  • Licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey
  • J.D. from an accredited, preferably first-tier, law school
  • Outstanding references

  • Schedule: Flexible (full-time, part-time or anywhere in-between)
