Latitude is seeking experienced life sciences attorneys. Applicants must have 5+ years of legal experience in the life sciences industry with a specialized knowledge in clinical trials and drug development. Prior experience working in an in-house legal department is preferred. Experience with pharmaceutical technology is a plus.

Requirements of the Life Sciences Attorney:

• 5+ years of legal experience in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry
• Provide legal support and advice regarding a wide range of clinical, regulatory and licensing matters
• Able to negotiate and draft complex corporate, commercial, and IP transaction documents, including license, clinical trial, collaboration, co-development, consulting, data use and other agreements
• Prior experience working in the legal department of a major life sciences or pharmaceutical company is preferred
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing
• Outstanding references
