Desired experience includes: mergers and acquisitions involving healthcare providers, including hospitals, surgery centers and labs; counseling clients on various federal and state regulatory requirements (e.g. HIPAA, fraud and abuse analysis, licensure); physician contracting; healthcare leasing and real estate; and counseling clients during internal investigations and responding to government inquiries.

5+ years corporate or operational healthcare experience
Excellent academic credentials
Licensed and in good standing in state of residence
