Latitude is seeking corporate attorneys with extensive securities and corporate governance experience to work on assignment with some of Latitude’s leading corporations in a variety of industries. Applicants must have experience advising on corporate governance and disclosure matters and compliance with relevant corporate laws, NYSE listing standards, SEC reporting and compliance rules and regulations, including drafting and reviewing SEC disclosures (e.g., Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K), and preparing documentation relating to corporate approvals, such as board and committee minutes and resolutions. Candidates may work remotely from any location in the United States. Prior experience working in the corporate practice group of a large corporate firm, or in the corporate legal department of a major corporation, is preferred.

Compensation:
Pay: The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 or more when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week. Benefits-eligible Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
