California Commercial / General Litigation Attorney (remote / hybrid)

Latitude is seeking experienced commercial and general litigation attorneys for a permanent, engagement or engagement to hire position with an AmLaw 100 firm with a national litigation practice. This is preferably a CA licensed attorney, and interested candidates must have 4+ years of sophisticated commercial and general litigation experience as an associate or counsel at a large firm or a sophisticated boutique. The successful candidate will be expected to assist on complex litigation matters at all stages of litigation.

Responsibilities of the Commercial/General Litigation Attorney (Hybrid/Remote):

  • Efficiently and competently research complicated legal issues
  • Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, etc.
  • Handle all aspects of discovery, including taking depositions
  • Communicate clearly both orally and in writing

Requirements for the Commercial/General Litigation Attorney (Hybrid/Remote):

  • At least 4 years of litigation experience at a large firm or a sophisticated boutique
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing
  • J.D. from an accredited, preferably first-tier, law school
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-driven law firm setting
  • Outstanding references

We place legal professionals in permanent, temporary, and flexible roles.
