Latitude is seeking an experienced personal injury attorney to join a dynamic boutique plaintiffs’ law firm with offices in San Francisco and San Jose on a hybrid basis. Interested counsel must have 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience at either plaintiff or defense firms. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are a requirement, as are compassion for clients and being a team player; previous trial experience in state and/or federal court is a plus. Candidates must be licensed to practice and in good standing in California.
Basic Requirements for the Plaintiff Side Personal Injury Litigation Attorney:
- 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience at a law firm; either plaintiff or defense experience
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in California
- J.D. from an accredited law school

Position Details of the Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury Litigation Attorney:

Compensation:
- Pay: The annual salary range for this role is $125,000 to $250,000 or more depending on whether it is part-time or full-time work. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location.
- Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) and generous leave policies.
