As corporate counsel generalist, you will have responsibilities across securities law compliance and reporting, corporate governance, commercial contracts and some intellectual property matters. You will work closely with the leadership of the legal department and support the board and C-Suite. The successful candidate will be collaborative, detail-oriented and embrace variety and working independently. Experience with an Am Law 200 law firm and / or a Fortune 1000 public company is required.

Compensation:
Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $180,000 to $230,000 or more of base salary as well as an annual incentive compensation. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work location, work experience, qualifications, and credentials.
Benefits: In addition to pay, the full benefits will be available, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plans and generous leave policies.
