Latitude is seeking highly qualified legal operations professionals with 4+ years of experience for contract engagements with its corporate and law firm clients. Candidates must have prior Legal Operations experience and a background in business, operations, finance, or a related field, as well as experience with developing, implementing, and enhancing programs, processes, and workflows. Other obligations may include facilitating legal department communication, organizing and maintaining contract management systems, overseeing recruiting, hiring, and onboarding, managing the vendor selection process and pricing negotiations. Prior experience at an AmLaw 200 law firm or in the legal department of a large corporation is preferred.

Compensation:

Pay: The salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $200,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials.

Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided.
