Commercial Real Estate Associate – (On-Site or Hybrid)

Latitude is seeking an associate with experience in commercial real estate transactions to work full-time with an established mid-sized (25-35 attorneys) firm in Charlotte, NC. The firm is recognized for its professional excellence, community commitment, and positive culture. Candidates should reside in the Charlotte area. On-site or hybrid working arrangements are available.

Basic Requirements for the Commercial Real Estate Associate

2+ years of experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of agreements and ancillary real estate and lending documents for commercial real estate transactions, ideally for a diverse client base of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and developers
Licensed to practice in North Carolina—dual licensure in North and South Carolina preferred
Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Excellent academic and professional credentials
Outstanding professional references
