Latitude is seeking an experienced pharmaceutical attorney for an exciting in-house, contract engagement with one of its publicly traded company clients. Applicants must have 5+ years of legal experience advising life sciences clients regarding pharmaceutical distribution and sourcing, as well as state licensing requirements for drug distributors. The ideal candidate will have experience structuring and negotiating complex commercial contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers. Prior experience working either in the in-house legal department of a major life sciences company or for a large law firm is preferred.

Position Details for the Pharmaceutical Attorney (In-House, Remote Contract Engagement):

Type of role: Contract engagement
Schedule: Part-time, full-time, or anywhere in between
Location: Fully remote

Compensation:
Pay: The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 or more when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).

Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week. Benefits-eligible Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
