Are you an experienced commercial real estate attorney who enjoys private practice but is currently looking for a change from your current role? Latitude is working with a large law firm which is growing its real estate practice. They are open to attorneys with a wide range of experience. A portable book of business is a plus, but it is not required.

Requirements of the Attorney

3+ years of commercial real estate experience
Prior experience working in the real estate practice group of a mid- to large-sized law firm, or a sophisticated boutique is preferred
A portable book of business is a plus, but it is not required
Licensed to practice law in Indiana
Outstanding references

Position Details for the Attorney

Type of Role: Permanent
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Indianapolis area – hybrid schedule

Compensation
Pay: The base salary for this role is $140,000 and up plus incentive bonuses based upon performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and book of business (which is not required).
Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) and generous leave policies.
