Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy Attorney (Hybrid / Full Time)

Latitude is seeking a creditors’ rights and bankruptcy attorney with at least 3 years of bankruptcy law experience for an opportunity to work with innovative attorneys at an outstanding, collegial law firm. This is a great opportunity to grow your bankruptcy skills under the guidance of seasoned insolvency attorneys during a time when commercial Chapter 11 filings are on the rise!

Basic Requirements for the Bankruptcy Litigation Attorney:
  • 3+ years of law firm experience with a significant portion of that time spent practicing creditors’ rights/bankruptcy law
  • Demonstrated experience in general bankruptcy and restructuring law, particularly representing creditors, creditors’ committees, and trustees
  • Experience arguing motions and conducting evidentiary hearings in bankruptcy court
  • Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Licensed to practice law in Tennessee or Alabama
  • Outstanding professional references
Position Details of the Bankruptcy Litigation Attorney:
  • Type of role: Attorney
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Location: Metropolitan Nashville Area or Huntsville, AL
Compensation:
Pay: The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $150,000 or more. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.

Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) and generous leave policies.

We place legal professionals in permanent, temporary, and flexible roles.
