Latitude is seeking an attorney with commercial litigation experience for an exciting opportunity with the Miami office of a large, national firm. Eligible candidates must have 3+ years of experience and excellent pretrial skills, including conducting and responding to discovery, legal research and writing, and significant experience preparing legal pleadings, motions and statements. Extensive experience litigating in Florida state and federal courts is required. Prior experience at an AmLaw 200 firm or sophisticated litigation boutique firm is preferred. Spanish language fluency is required.
