Latitude is working with a premier boutique firm seeking to add a litigation paralegal with 3+ years of experience. If you’re a highly organized and professional litigation paralegal who has experience preparing, editing, proofreading and electronically filing legal documents in a law firm setting and are looking for a new opportunity, this could be perfect for you! Experience in construction law, construction litigation, real estate law, or a related area is preferred but not required.

Requirements for the Litigation Paralegal:

3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm setting, including experience recording billable hours
Desire to understand the construction business and support attorneys who advise builders and other clients on transactional and construction law litigation matters
Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Outstanding references

Position Details of the Litigation Paralegal:

Type of role: Permanent Hire
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Nashville Metropolitan Area (primarily in-office)

Compensation:
Pay: The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000 and total comp with bonus may reach $90,000 or more per year. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials and may include the opportunity for bonus in addition to salary.

Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided.
