Latitude is seeking a medical malpractice defense attorney with 3+ years of experience to work on an engagement with a highly regarded Indianapolis law firm. The work can be fully remote. The successful candidate will be expected to be adept in research, motion practice, discovery, deposition taking and brief writing. Attorneys can work part-time or full-time hours.

- 3+ years of medical malpractice and/or torts defense litigation experience
- Excellent ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
- Licensed to practice law, Indiana preferred
- Outstanding references

Compensation:
- Pay: The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $150,000. This position is also eligible for bonuses. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
- Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) and generous leave policies.
