In-House Transactional Attorney (Remote and Contract)
Would you enjoy working with in-house counsel handling all aspects of vendor contracts and other agreements for an elite software/tech company? Are you a transactional attorney with prior Big Law or in-house commercial contracting experience? Do you have experience drafting, negotiating and analyzing a wide variety of vendor contracts as well as other corporate and/or commercial agreements? Do you have experience reviewing corporate and commercial contracts for a software/tech company? If so, this remote transactional role may be for you.
Latitude is seeking an attorney with 10 to 20+ years of commercial contracts experience to serve in a contract/engagement role with a software/tech company. This position is completely remote. Experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of agreements, including vendor contracts is essential. Experience with non-disclosure agreements, licensing agreements, sourcing agreements, and/or funding agreements is preferred. This is an immediate need.

Compensation
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $225,000 to $275,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
