About the Position:

Type of Role: Permanent (or temp-to-perm, if desired)
Schedule: Part-to-Full-Time with a Flexible Schedule (tell us what you are looking for - in-office work is preferred)
Location: Buckhead, Atlanta, Georgia

What You'll Do:

Create new legal entities; maintain filings with the state
File documents with probate courts
Client file creation and organization
Direct coordination with busy and successful clients on behalf of the firm: scheduling, phone answering, note-taking in meetings, etc...
Use your organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly
