This is a great opportunity for a junior corporate associate or in-house counsel to join a growing company in an exciting industry. Applicants must have UK corporate law and governance experience, preferably with a large, sophisticated law firm. This is an on-site position in Miami.

Requirements for the Junior Corporate Attorney (In-House Legal Counsel):

2+ years of UK corporate law and governance experience, either in-house or in the corporate practice group of a large, sophisticated law firm
Experience with administering board of directors meetings, preparing board papers, experience with board management software / platforms is preferred

Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
Outstanding references
Licensed in the UK or in state of residence

Compensation:

Pay: The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 USD or more. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided.
