Employment Litigation Attorney – (Fully Remote, California-Licensed)

Latitude is seeking California-licensed labor & employment litigation attorneys for remote work opportunities with an AmLaw 100 firm. Candidates should have at least four years of labor & employment litigation experience (employer or employee side), with specific experience handling written discovery, motions, depositions, and court hearings. Experience handling PAGA and/or wage and hour claims would be particularly valuable but is not required. The firm will consider qualified candidates for contract and permanent positions.

4+ years of experience in labor & employment litigation (employer or employee side)
Licensed to practice in California
Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently to complete tasks
Clear and proactive communicator
Excellent academic and professional credentials
Outstanding professional references

Position Details of the California Litigation Attorney (Remote or On-Site Contract Position):

Type of role: Engagement or Permanent
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time
Location: Remote (anywhere in United States, but must have active California license)

Compensation
Annualized compensation for this role (calculated based on hourly rates x full-time hours) ranges from $175,000 to 200,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors, including work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for at least 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance.
