Latitude is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for recent business school graduates and experienced professionals alike to join our client's team as a Client Services Coordinator in Legal and Financial Services. Situated within a law firm known for serving affluent clients, this role supports the firm's blend of estate planning, taxation, asset protection, and fiduciary litigation services. You'll collaborate closely with the firm partner, embodying precision and outstanding communication skills to meet the sophisticated needs of high-net-worth clientele. Your work with planning and legal documents will require an extreme degree of attention to detail and process while your client interactions will call on an ability to communicate with precision and clarity in an engagement manner.

About the Position:

  • Type of Role: Permanent
  • Schedule: Full-Time (or less-than-full-time, if desired)
  • Location: Buckhead, Atlanta, Georgia

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an extension of the firm's partner in communicating and coordinating with clients and providing them with various support services.
  • Draft, review and prepare various legal and planning documents with the firm partner.
  • File various legal documents and tax returns.
  • Review bank and other financial statements.
  • Prepare final estate planning letters with copies of executed documents and email clients PDF versions of executed documents.
  • Participate in client meetings.
  • Prepare, review and finalize binders of estate planning documents.
  • Organize and maintain client files.
  • Use your organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly

Experience and Qualifications Desired:

  • Professional demeanor, superior client service skills and attention to detail are essential. These items cannot be over-emphasized!
  • Bachelor's or Associates Degree required or Paralegal Certificate and equivalent experience.
  • Trusts and estates experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain discretion and privacy with confidential matters and documents.
  • Must have the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Strong computer technical skills and demonstrated ability to learn new software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF creation tool(s) and document management is required.
  • Ability to work overtime on occasion.
  • Outstanding references will be required.

Compensation
$65,000 to $90,000 based on factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials.
