Latitude is looking for a labor attorney to join the in-house legal team of a healthcare company in Nashville, Tennessee. Your work will include . . .
  • Counseling on labor relations and traditional labor law related claims
  • Responding to claims before the National Labor Relations Board and state agencies
  • Handling labor arbitrations and collective bargaining
  • Defending labor claims before local, state and federal agencies
  • Managing labor disputes while working closely with outside counsel
  • A significant amount of travel (could possibly exceed 50% of your time)

 Requirements for Senior Labor Counsel
  • 6+ years of labor law experience 
  • Subject-matter expert on risk management issues and labor law regulatory compliance
  • Excellent academic credentials 
  • Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law
  • Outstanding references

Position Details of Senior Labor Counsel
  • Type of role: Permanent
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Location: Hybrid (Nashville, TN)

Compensation
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $170,000 to $185,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location. In addition to salary, this role is eligible for a significant bonus and equity, as well as a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical insurance, a retirement contribution match, among other benefits.
