Responding to claims before the National Labor Relations Board and state agencies

Defending labor claims before local, state and federal agencies
Managing labor disputes while working closely with outside counsel
A significant amount of travel (could possibly exceed 50% of your time)

Requirements for Senior Labor Counsel

6+ years of labor law experience
Subject-matter expert on risk management issues and labor law regulatory compliance
Excellent academic credentials
Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law
Outstanding references

Position Details of Senior Labor Counsel

Type of role: Permanent
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Hybrid (Nashville, TN)

Compensation
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $170,000 to $185,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location. In addition to salary, this role is eligible for a significant bonus and equity, as well as a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical insurance, a retirement contribution match, among other benefits.
