If you are a Dallas or Houston based Labor & Employment partner level attorney associate looking for a unique opportunity with a highly successful and growing law firm, this opening is for you. Latitude is seeking an experienced candidate to help build out this section, including overseeing and mentoring associates. You are a partner level attorney with transactional background (litigation experience is a plus) and an established book of business. Out of town candidates who want to move to Houston or Dallas are also encouraged to apply. The Dallas opportunity is hybrid or in-office, and Houston would be remote at present.

Responsibilities of the L&E Partner:
• Build out and oversee L&E section
• Mentor associates
• Handle own clients’ needs, while assisting associates

Requirements of the L&E Partner:
• 10+ years of litigation experience
• Licensed in Texas or ability/willingness to get licensed
• Excellent academic credentials
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-driven law firm setting
• Outstanding references

Pay: The annual salary range for this role is dependent upon experience level and book of business. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location.
