Latitude is seeking an experienced litigation attorney with 7+ years of experience to join a boutique firm as Senior Associate, Of Counsel or Partner. The firm is a leader in defending municipalities and school districts in various matters. Eligible candidates must have significant litigation experience involving insurance defense, sovereign immunity / official immunity, employment law (Title IX and Title VII), and general liability, with any school district litigation being a bonus. The right candidate will come in as a partner or be on a fast-track to partnership with this growing firm. Excellent pretrial skills, including conducting and responding to discovery, legal research and writing, experience preparing legal pleadings, motions, and statements and being first or second chair in litigation are expected. The successful attorney may work out of the firm's Gainesville or Lawrenceville offices and/or work remotely elsewhere in Georgia.

- 7+ years of litigation experience
- Experience as a defense attorney, working on insured matters, ideally representing municipalities and/or school districts.
