Commercial Litigation Attorney

Back to opportunities
Have you determined that a Big Firm practice isn’t for you? Would you prefer to work in a smaller, yet still highly sophisticated, boutique firm where you are sitting second chair at the counsel table? Are you anxious to start flexing your litigation muscles beyond eDiscovery and research assignments (e.g. brief writing, court appearances, depositions, etc.)? If you are looking for a firm that prioritizes career and skills development over billable hours; if you yearn to know all the attorneys in your firm and get one-on-one mentoring from senior partners with decades of experience handling complex litigation; if you simply want a smaller environment with the same big paycheck, then this may be the ideal position for you.

Latitude has a fantastic opportunity for a commercial litigation associate to join a prominent boutique business litigation firm in Nashville. If you are a highly motivated attorney looking for a chance to join a sophisticated, supportive team where you can get the substantive experience you need to continue building your practice, this may be the perfect role for you! The successful candidate will have strong academic credentials, business litigation experience, and a desire to contribute to a firm that values a positive, inclusive work culture.
