Latitude is looking for a Santa Rosa area-based civil litigation attorney with at least 5 years of civil litigation experience who is eager to work at a highly respected boutique law firm located in a historic and vibrant location walkable to many shops, restaurants, and the SMART train station. The successful candidate should enjoy working as part of a dynamic team and have significant experience handling written discovery, motion work, depositions and court hearings. This will be a hybrid, full-time and permanent position.

Minimum Qualifications of the Civil Litigation Attorney:

5 years of civil litigation experience
Excellent communication skills
Results and deadline oriented
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Capability and experience to work independently and as part of a team
Licensed in California
Excellent academic credentials
Outstanding references
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access), Gmail, MacOS, Rapid Legal, DISCO, TrialPad, One Legal; ability to learn Case Management and Document Management systems

Compensation
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $155,000 to $225,000. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, a successful candidate is entitled to full benefits, including a 401k plan with employer match; health, dental, and vision insurance; LTD and Life Insurance; and PTO.
