In-House Deputy General Counsel (On-Site – Full-Time)

As the Deputy General Counsel, you'll be at the forefront of legal strategy and regulatory compliance. Your day-to-day will involve navigating complex regulatory landscapes and advising operations and providers on critical matters. You will also collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to drive success. The Deputy General Counsel will routinely oversee vendor and supplier contracts, so past contracting experience is important. You will also participate in the growth and development of the business, including tackling licensure issues related to new facilities and expansion of existing facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to build your skills while working with a network of leading health centers that are truly impacting the lives of patients and families across the country. This is a full-time, on-site permanent hire role.

Requirements for the In-House Deputy General Counsel:

10+ years of relevant experience in law firm and/or in-house roles, with supervisory experience
Significant healthcare regulatory experience
Exceptional contracting skills, including past experience working with healthcare vendor, supplier, and contractor agreements
Knack for innovation and collaboration
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
Licensed to practice law
Outstanding professional references

Position Details of the In-House Senior Counsel:

Type of role: Direct Hire
Schedule: Full-time
Location: On-Site (Franklin, Tennessee)

Compensation:

Pay: The base salary for this position is expected to be $200,000 or more. This position is also eligible for bonuses and a one-time equity grant. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials.

Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided.
