Latitude has an opportunity for a Commercial Contracts / Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) attorney to jump in on an assignment with the legal team of one of its corporate clients. The successful candidate should have experience reviewing supplier and services agreements related to the construction, build-out and start-up of chemical, energy, manufacturing, oil & gas and other similar facilities. Prior experience working in-house with a heavy industry company is preferred. This role is fully remote and the successful candidate can live anywhere in the U.S.

Requirements for the Commercial Contracts / EPC Attorney (Remote In-House Contract Engagement):

5+ years of legal experience in EPC issues
Knowledge and experience advising EPC teams on all construction-related, build-out and supply commercial contracting matters
Experience negotiating construction and architecture contracts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Outstanding references

Position Details of the Commercial Contracts / EPC Attorney (Remote In-House Contract Engagement):

Type of role: Contract In-House Counsel

Duration: 3-6 months estimated
Location: Remote, generally central time hours

Compensation:

Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from USD $160,000 to $195,000 or more when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
