Latitude is working with a construction and engineering company that is adding an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) attorney to its legal team. This role will be responsible for supporting the legal team by working with a variety of contracts, including construction, engineering, EPC, MSA and related agreements. This is a growing legal department and this role has plenty of growth potential! Candidates should have experience negotiating construction and engineering contracts, supporting major capital projects and general transactional experience. This role requires the candidate to work in the company's Houston office on a hybrid basis.
Requirements for the In-House EPC Counsel:
5+ years of legal experience with EPC issues
Knowledge and experience advising on EPC and construction-related matters
Experience negotiating construction and engineering contracts
Positive attitude and ability to relate to variety of internal clients
Licensed in Texas (or ability to waive in)
Excellent academic credentials and outstanding professional references
Position Details of the In-House EPC Counsel:
Type of role: Direct Hire or Engagement To Hire
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Location: Houston, Texas (Hybrid)
Compensation Pay: The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $200,000 or more, plus bonus. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
Benefits: In addition to pay, an outstanding benefits package is also provided.
