Latitude is seeking an experienced corporate attorney with 10+ years of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, complex corporate governance, and general transactional experience to join a growing Los Angeles-based boutique firm as Partner or Counsel. The successful candidate must have extensive experience managing a team that handles a high volume of complex matters as the lead attorney. This is a great opportunity to join a sophisticated boutique firm with a strong and collaborative culture and work on Big Law caliber deals without the internal pressure of building a book of business. Current experience working in the corporate practice group of an AmLaw 150 firm is required. While there is preference for candidates residing in Southern California and who can go into the office occasionally, strong remote candidates will also be considered, so long as they have been licensed in California for most of their career.
Requirements for the Corporate Attorney – Partner or Counsel (Sophisticated Boutique Firm):
- 10+ years of experience in M&A, venture capital, and complex corporate governance matters including complex LLC/joint venture matters with a strong preference for most of this experience to have been at an AmLaw 150 firm.
- Ability to simultaneously manage 15-20 matters and team members handling the same
- Licensed and in good standing in California
- Outstanding references

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $300,000 to $500,000 or more. Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also provided.
