Latitude is seeking a California-licensed real estate litigation attorney with experience handling property related litigation matters for contract work with solo practitioner in San Francisco/Bay Area. The ideal candidate must have at least five years of experience handling property related litigation matters involving land use, easements, enforcement of judgments and other property specific issues. Prior litigation experience at a sophisticated boutique or an Am Law 100 firm is preferred.

5+ years of landlord-tenant litigation experience
Experience handling property related litigation including matters relating to land use, easements and enforcements of judgment
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California
Outstanding professional references
Position Details of the California-Licensed Real Estate Litigation Attorney (Remote Contract Engagement):
Type of role: Contract Engagement
Schedule: Part-time (15-30 hours/weeks)
Location: Remote, but candidates must be California licensed
Compensation: Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $175,000 to $210,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
