Latitude is seeking litigation attorneys with significant complex civil litigation experience (product liability preferred) to work with our law firm client on an ongoing, engagement basis. You will work with a top-notch team on a major multi-party litigation matter. Successful candidates will have excellent pretrial skills, including conducting and responding to discovery, legal research and writing, and significant experience preparing legal pleadings, motions and statements. This role is fully remote.
Requirements for the Complex Civil Litigation Attorney:
- 5+ years of complex civil litigation experience (product liability preferred), ability to work with little supervision as part of a team effort
- Capable and confident with discovery activities, including taking basic depositions and drafting responses and motions, as well as researching legal issues and writing briefs.
- Prior experience working at a full-service Am Law firm or a sophisticated litigation boutique
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed to practice law in state of residence; California licensing is a plus
- Outstanding references

Compensation
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $180,000 to $200,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
