Latitude is seeking experienced immigration lawyers. If you are looking for a WFH or remote part-time position to supplement your own solo legal practice, this position is for you. The best candidates will have experience in both family-based immigration and business employment immigration matters.

Minimum Requirements for the Immigration Attorney:

5+ years of immigration experience.
Prior experience at an Am Law 200 corporate law firm or a large corporate legal department is preferred.
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence.
Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.
Outstanding references.

Compensation:

Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $120,000 to $220,000 or more when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
