Latitude is seeking an experienced securities, corporate governance, and finance attorney for an exciting in-house opportunity with one of its global, public company clients located in South Florida. Applicants must have 3+ years of Big Law and/or in-house experience representing public company clients in securities, financings, and corporate governance matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience preparing financings and commercial transactions, and advising on corporate governance matters, including D&O questionnaires, proxy statements and reports, SEC and other regulatory filings, including Form 10-Ks and Qs, and Form 8-Ks. This is a hybrid and permanent position in South Florida with the ability to work from home two days per week.
Requirements for the Securities, Finance, and Corporate Governance Attorney (In-House, Hybrid):
- 3+ years of Big Law and/or in-house securities, financings, and corporate governance experience with public companies
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding references
- Licensed and in good standing in the State of Florida
- Must reside in South Florida, and be able to work on-site in the Miami or Ft. Lauderdale office three days per week
