Requirements for the Commercial Real Estate Attorney:

  • 3-20+ years of commercial real estate experience
  • Experience should include some combination of commercial acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, landlord/tenant matters (residential and commercial), and title and survey review
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Outstanding references
  • Active member of a state bar in good standing
