Legal Operations Professional with Ironclad Experience (Remote)

Latitude is looking for a legal ops professional with extensive Ironclad experience to assist a market-leading AI company on a contract basis. This is a completely remote full-time role scheduled to last for at least three months, with the potential to lead to a full-time role. The primary responsibility of the successful candidate will be assisting the company with the administration of the Ironclad contract lifecycle management system within the organization. The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience administering Ironclad to a wider group of internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent work experience).
Experience using Ironclad contract management software (2+ years) .
Experience handling the utilization and optimization of Ironclad within a company or organization.
Experience implementing Ironclad is preferred but not necessary.
Experience with Salesforce/CPQ is preferred but not necessary.

Position Details:

Type of Role: Engagement
Schedule: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week).
Location: Completely remote (successful candidate must be located in the United States).

Compensation:

Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
Benefits: In addition to salary, permanent roles will include a competitive benefits package is also provided, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) and generous leave policies. For engagement roles, all Latitude Attorneys and other legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. All Latitude employees (including those on contract engagements) are also eligible for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary group life, LTD and AD&D insurance. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
