Latitude is partnering with a global software company to find a dynamic and experienced Legal Specialist to work part-time at the company on an engagement basis. This position is fully remote. 

In this role, the Legal Specialist will:

• Contract Lifecycle Management: Experience managing contract workflows, approvals, and version control via Docusign CLM
• Reporting & Analytics: Ability to track contract statuses, generate reports, and provide insights for process optimization
• Training & Support: Capability to train legal teams on Docusign CLM functionalities and help troubleshoot issues
• Operate in a self-directed manner and work closely with the legal team to prioritize matters.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements for Legal Specialist

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with Docusign CLM
• Demonstrable experience implementing and supporting processes that create efficiency within a legal team 
• Understanding of the tools used by in-house legal teams to facilitate the contracting process
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3+ years in contracts-related legal roles
• Experience in a corporate or law firm setting, preferably in-house or procurement
• Strong knowledge of contract creation and management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and internet resources

Compensation

The annualized compensation for this position if on a full time basis ranges from $60,000 to $80,000. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
