Latitude is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join the Sacramento office of a boutique trust and estates law firm in Sacramento. Interested candidates should have 3+ years of experience working as a paralegal working on litigation matters at a well-respected law firm. Trust and estates experience is helpful but it is not required.

Requirements of the Litigation Paralegal

  • 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
  • Prior experience in a reputable law firm handling litigation matters
  • Meticulous attention to detail, complete discretion, high degree of professionalism, exceptional organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited program
  • Outstanding references

Compensation & Benefits
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials. Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, profit-sharing plan, and 401k.
