Latitude is seeking a real estate attorney with development and construction experience for an in-house opportunity with one of its global infrastructure company clients. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level law firm or in-house attorney to join a growing company in an exciting industry. Additional experience with real estate finance transactions is a plus. This is an on-site position in Miami.
Requirements for the Real Estate Development & Construction Attorney (In-House Counsel):
4+ years of law firm or in-house real estate development and construction experience
Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
Outstanding references
Licensed in the State of Florida, or eligible to become Authorized House Counsel in Florida

Compensation Pay: The salary range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000 This position is also eligible for a bonus. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
