Healthcare Operations Attorney to join a rapidly growing healthcare company in the Metropolitan Nashville area. This role will be responsible for reviewing, revising and negotiating a variety of contracts, providing day-to-day advice on healthcare operational matters, and advising on regulatory issues. Desired experience includes some or all of the following: solid healthcare operations, advising clients on various federal and state regulatory requirements, experience representing healthcare providers, mergers and acquisitions involving healthcare providers, healthcare leasing/real estate, working knowledge of FWA, Stark, Antikickback, corporate practice of medicine, physician licensing and HIPAA.
If you have at least 3 years of applicable in-house or law firm experience in some or all of these areas and are looking for your next career move, we'd love to talk with you about this great opportunity. This is a hybrid position for a Nashville-based healthcare company, although outstanding fully-remote candidates will also be considered.
Requirements for the In-House Healthcare Operations Counsel:
- 3+ years of experience practicing healthcare law, either in-house or at a large corporate law firm or healthcare boutique
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with business teams
- Stellar analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- JD from a top ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in any state
- Outstanding professional references
Position Details of the In-House Healthcare Operations Counsel:

Compensation:
Pay: The base salary range for this role is anticipated to be $200,000 - $215,000 with bonus potential. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials.
