Latitude is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join a growing mid-size law firm located in San Diego, California on a full-time, permanent basis. The Corporate Paralegal will provide legal support with general corporate maintenance and transactions for both private and public companies and their individual-owner clients. Experience with corporate governance and regulatory filings is preferred. This is a salaried, in-office position (eligible for a hybrid schedule after one year).

Requirements for the Corporate Paralegal (In-Office, Permanent, Law Firm):

At least 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably from a mid-to-large size law firm.
Experience supporting the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of corporate entities and preparation of related organizational documents;
Experience supporting the corporate governance function, including entity management, editing and managing board minutes, and supporting corporate secretary duties;
Experience drafting and organizing corporate records, including preparation of stock certificates and maintenance of capitalization tables and option records;
Experience making regulatory / compliance filings (preferred);
Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree; relevant work experience may substitute for educational requirement;
Highly professional, poised, detail-oriented, positive attitude, and outstanding communication skill;
Outstanding references

Compensation:

Pay: The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials. This position is also eligible for monthly bonuses based on monthly billables achieved.
