We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Contract Manager to support one of our prominent corporate clients on a part-time contract basis. This role is ideal for a professional with significant experience in procurement contracting, vendor negotiations, and regulatory compliance. The position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a well-respected in-house legal and procurement team. The ideal candidate should be available to work onsite at the client’s downtown Seattle office one to two days per week; however, fully remote arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Responsibilities for a Procurement Contract Manager (Part-Time Contract Basis):
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of procurement-related contracts, including agreements for goods, raw materials, equipment, transportation, logistics, IT, services, and specialized consulting.
Advise internal stakeholders on contract terms, procurement strategies, and risk mitigation.
Ensure contracts comply with relevant laws, industry regulations, and internal company policies.
Collaborate with procurement, legal, finance, and operational teams to align contract terms with business goals.
Support ongoing contract management, including amendment tracking and resolution of contract-related issues.
Qualifications for a Procurement Contract Manager (Part-Time Contract Basis):
J.D. or LLM from an accredited institution strongly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, vendor contracting, or commercial transactions.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus.
Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
Availability to work onsite 1–2 days per week in Seattle preferred; remote may be considered.

Compensation
The annualized compensation for this position on a full-time basis ranges from $90,000 to $140,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
