Latitude provides high caliber attorneys and other legal professionals to legal departments and law firms nationwide. We provide practice-specific contract attorneys who have served as associates, counsel, and partners in Am Law firms and/or as in-house counsel in large corporate legal departments. We also assist many of our clients with permanent positions, including general counsel searches. Our clients range from Fortune Global 500 companies and Global 100 law firms to high-growth privately-held companies, major non-profits, government entities, and boutique law firms.

The Role
Latitude is seeking highly entrepreneurial attorneys to join our team as partner-owners who will help us expand our footprint across the U.S. This is not a traditional legal role. Instead, it’s an opportunity to build your own business within the Latitude platform, develop client relationships, and be directly responsible for your own success.

As a Partner, you’ll co-own a Latitude operating company with its own P&L. With access to capital, national infrastructure, and a proven model, you’ll be given resources and playbooks that will enable you to grow your business your own way. While Latitude Partners have significant autonomy, flexibility, and a family-friendly schedule, success in this performance-based role requires full-time professional focus. Practicing law on the side or managing other work commitments is incompatible with the expectations and potential of this opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Launch and lead a Latitude operating company 
  • Build and manage trusted relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams
  • Drive growth through proactive outreach, referrals, and market leadership 
  • Match elite attorneys with sophisticated clients (this is a business leadership role — not a legal practice)
  • Represent the Latitude brand locally and nationally
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience as a senior attorney in a law firm or corporate legal department
  • A strong network of legal decision-makers
  • Demonstrated business development potential and grit
  • High level of drive and ownership mentality
  • A strong desire to build something that’s yours — and grow it over time
  • Compensation  
  • Total Compensation Range: $200k to $1M+ annually (Includes base salary, bonuses & incentives, profit distributions, and equity tied to market performance)
  • First Year Base Salary: $150K to $250K depending on equity structure (Salary phases out over time as profit distributions increase)
  • Bonuses & Incentives: Performance-based, designed as a bridge to profit distributions and long-term equity
