This litigation engagement with a leading mid-size firm in Atlanta requires at least 4 years of strong civil litigation experience preferably with a full-service corporate law firm. Eligible candidates must have solid pretrial skills, including conducting and responding to discovery, legal research and writing, and significant experience preparing legal pleadings, motions and statements. This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished, confident litigator to work on sophisticated matters with a top firm at the number of hours that work for you - part-time or full-time.
Minimum Qualifications of the Litigation Attorney
- 4+ years of civil litigation experience, ability to work with little supervision
- Prior private practice experience at a full-service corporate law firm
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
- Outstanding references
